We were in Troy visiting a friend, and neither of us had tried Logan’s, so we thought we would give it a try. Waitress was a nice girl, but she was either newer or waitressing isn’t for her. Kept forgetting to bring us stuff. Seemed like it took a long time to get our food. When we did get our food it was warm at best. It had obviously been sitting for a bit before being brought to us. RecommendedBeen awhile but was a great experience! Food was good and the service was even better! If you haven’t been there in awhile get out and give them a try!

Only thing good was our waitress and the rolls. Steak was tough, and French fries must’ve been a couple hrs old when we got our food, which took waaaay longer than it should’ve. We have a Logan’s where we live that is exactly how a steakhouse should be. Not sure how the one in Troy stays open. We noticed right from the get go that the parking lot was empty at 630 on a Sunday evening......that should’ve been our sign. Place was out of several ‘fried’ items as well, including seafood??!! Would not recommend this place at all our food was cold and when I said something about it to the waitress she offered to microwave it for us! If I had wanted a microwaved meal I would have stayed home. Asked to speak with a manager. Told him out complaints he was like ok. What do U want ?? Like me asking for warm food was bad ....... we actually left without getting any dinner and went elsewhere
I stopped for lunch about noon on April 17, 2018. I ordered a 12 oz. Ribeye with a vegetable skewer and house made potato chips. The steak was the worst I've ever had at a steakhouse. Usually a ribeye has some nice marbling, but the gristle in the meat was so bad that it was hard to cut with a knife. Someone obviously doesn't know how to grade, buy or cut a quality steak. Ordered a steak medium rare and it came out medium well. Sent it back to be recooked because it was over cooked and after 20 minutes it still hadn’t appeared. Waitress stopped by and asked if it had come out yet and I said no but not to worry about it because it would be over cooked anyway and just take it off the bill. Two managers came by one with my steak in a box. Who knows how long it was sitting back there continuing to cook under a heat lamp. Ordered the New York Strip. Out of a 12 once steak over half of it was fat and gristle. They changed their salad which use to be the best part of the meal. The croutons are rye now (nasty) Our server Donald was great. For $46. I can go to Cracker Barrel and get a better steak For around $12. We come away from Logan's dissatisfied more than satisfied. They really need to step their program up.
