took too long for food . my husbands food was like warm. it was at 1230pm and you were out of mashed potatoes so I got fries which they were not done. who runs out of masked potatoes. the mushroom tasted like they came from a can from wal mart . shrimp was dry. waitress was trying her best but it took to long to be waited on . IT WAS A VERY UNPLEASNT EXPERIANCE. and for 43.00 dollar and the tip. was a total waste.
Waitress was horrible with an attitude we were her only table but were there well over an hour our appetizer chips were stale and old one of our steaks was completely pink and they were both ordered the same way.... workers were all standing around talking and laughing while we were waiting over 15 minutes just to get our salad. Is the second time in a row that we have been there and it’s been horrible. It is definitely went downhill in the last six months!! Troy, OH location had terrible customer service. One of hostess ladies even made a comment that she was “tired of people already”. Took an hour and a half to get our food, steaks were raw when ordered to be prepared well done, grilled cheese for my son wasn’t even toasted. The manager came over upon request and corrected our bill, but other than that it was a terrible experience.
Always like going here, sitting in large bar area and watch the game and drink a cold one. The hot dinner rolls are awesome

food and service waa terrific!
Walked in about 5:30 pm with a 15 minute wait. We counted at least 6 tables open right away, yet none of us were being seated. Got seated and in our area there were 3 more tables empty. That seems like poor management. One of the hostesses was very rude also. With so many choices of restaurants for the consumer, customer service should be tops.
