Normally my family loves to eat here but this time we have all decided on not going back for awhile. It started with a big roach roaming around on the floor at the table behind us and watching the waiter try to kill it. Then by the time we got home 3 out of 5 of us were sick to our stomachs. We have never had issues before but this trip just wasn't what I want to deal with again.

I have been going to Logan's regularly for the last 4 months and in the beginning loved it. But the last 2 times were not great. The steak had a weird after taste when we went 2 weeks ago,but we decided to give it another try yesterday. We were seated quickly, but it took a half hour to get bread. Then our appetizer,the potatoe skin, made it to our table it was burnt! So I sent it back,got another one and guess what...it was burnt. The meal was very big and salad and bread were wonderful! (Not 2 mention pnuts ♡ em) Prices are a little steep but it's worth it once in a while for a nice night out!

We just had a great dinner at Logans in Athens Ga. The waiter was great. He kept our tea glasses full, the rolls nice and hot, salads were great, then the dinner . I had a beef brisquette potato that was excellent. The beef was so good . The service was great. Not a thing to complain about.

I will never come back to this Logans again. Not only was our waiter incompetent, the manager was also. When we complained about getting the wrong food, a really long wait time for our food (45mins. After the order was placed), and the waiter overcharging us twice, the manager didn't even apologize for the experience. What's there not to love about Logan's? The food is always cooked tonperfection, and taste amazing. The servers are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.
Waited 15 minutes at our table servers were at the tables around us 2 or 3 times. And never acknowledged we were there. Guess they didn't want my money. Terrible customer service. I will never go back
