Tonight I took my daughter in law and 2 grandchildren to your establishment. We arrived at 8:57, was seated very quickly. Our server seemed to be in a hurry on everything. We couldn't finish ordering before she was running off. Served the rolls with no butter had to ask for, no silverware had to as for. Salad was,served with the meal. Steaks were very tough. The food was pretty good, and the place looked nice. But it was our waitress Kassi (I believe that was how she said to spell it) that made it worth the 5 ☆'s. She put the hospitality in Southern Hospitality! Sweet, funny and very well mannered. She remembered all of our orders and made sure we were satisfied the entire time. I hope that she is appreciated by her boss because all we have to say about her is WOW & THANK YOU!!!!

The service was horrible and so was the food. Last night was my last trip to Logan's!

Hour wait for my food to find out some one too my food to another customer. This is not the first time, Every time I come this happens. I won't be back.

The ABSOLUTE worst service I've had at a restaurant in a very very long time... an hour and a half after we order to get our food, what we got wasn't the way it was ordered. Ask for the manager 3 times before we ever came to the table... and only gave us 25% off the bill.... and they weren't busy. I'll never go back.... ever
