My meal ok but husband upset don't have Worcester sauce any longer waitress said corporate decision. Steakhouse they should have condiments customers want.

So occasionally we'll remove (or add) items based on the availability of quality products and/or or ability to make them great every time. Terrible. Had a pre-scheduled very large party of approx 50 people (at multiple tables in a back room). Servers very unorganized, other tables got drinks and refills before our table even got drinks. Took so long to order meals, even longer to receive food. Some tables got bread others didn't.. Some Got plates for the bread, others didn't. One member of our party got up and started serving us water because no employee was. Chicken on my salad was hard and rubbery, literally the worst salad I've had. Just finished a very memorable experience and not in a good way! Horrible service, long wait, half the table served while the other half waited 30 minutes and then a few 45 minutes. Wrong orders, undercooked food. Staff made promises that were not upheld. Overall worst restaurant experience ever...will not be returning.

Worst luncheon ever! Waited 1:15 for NO lunch. Delivery was a disaster. Will never go back with a large group. They can't handle it!

Worst service ever... have been here for 45 minutes and still do not have anything.... I'm not hard to please I worked as a waitress for 5 years.... How about your husband or boyfriends don't sit at the bar..
