The worst experience ever. Will never come back. They are open til 11 on a saturday and get pissed when you dont leave right then. We were there by 9:40 so when service and sitting take awhile whose fault is it. The waiter actually told us go to applebees next time.... and even said he didnt want our tip. We left at 11:20.
This place really fell off, most of our food was cold, waited forever then they tell me they didnt have what i ordered. Has been bad the last couple of times. Wont come again
If I could give zero stars I would. Was told there was a 45 minute wait when I could see empty booths. I gave the benefit of the doubt and sat down. I waited 15 mins and still no one was sat at any of the empty tables. When I asked why, the hostesses just stared at me like I had a 2nd head. only 3 waitresses/ were running around, taking care of customers. The rest were on their phone. Save yourself a headache and go to the koney island in the same parking lot. Lol.
Logan's was great at one time. Visited this restaurant on Sunday 3-08-15 steaks were over-cooked.Service was terrible. I will never go back, this place should be shut down.
This place is HORRIBLE. My boyfriend and I waited 20 minutes or so to be seated. We then waited 10 minutes or so for our server to greet us. Waited another 15 minutes or so for our drinks. Then waited 45 minutes or so for our food. We asked to speak to a manager who wasn't helpful at all. Our food finally came out and we declined and then walked out. So we wasted 90 minutes or more of our time for NOTHING. We will not be going back.
Terrible service, twice in a row at this location. Won't bother coming back. Took 15-20 minutes just to flag down a server after being seated, and 15 minutes later, still no beer or bread. Don't hold out much hope for the rest of our meal.
Bathroom wasn't clean , food wasn't hot. I'm not one to complain, but our bill was $54, plus 20% tip, we should of enjoyed it :/
We had the worst service here tonight as ever. We've had tables sat after ours that are and left and we were still sitting. Waitress laughed at us like we were dumbasses. "Well I put your order in". Well how about going and checking in it. Will not be around for a long long time. You just lost a loyal customer.
Love this place! Service is usually great and the food is good. The manager is awesome!
