Had no trouble locating waitress when desired (although being seated close to the kitchen entrance likely made that easier), food came out just fine. I enjoyed the grilled chicken and shrimp, and the "pork fries" appetizer was pretty good too. Have had several steaks there in the past, never had reason to complain.
Worst dinner experience ever! Hour wait after being sat rawhide for steaks that were supposed to be medium, orders completely mixed up on the plates, burnt to a crisp lobster tail and ALL the manager does is void the bill for food we didn't even get to eat!
Fantastic dinner. Our server Molly Sharp was incredibly nice and took excellent care of us. We will be sure to request her next visit!
What happened to this location? Obviously not a night their usual manager is here. Slow service, slow food, no water refills, disgustingly stale peanuts, salad came out with the one ingredient I asked to have it without. Jeez! Never again until the GM comes back!

The server wasn't bad, which was why she was tipped. As far as the food is concerned, I sent my steak back and it still wasn't medium well. I ended up throwing my food away. And what's with the bucket of water the servers dip cloths into, that's located by the salad area?
