Our visit last night started off by waiting 20 minutes for a waitress to even show up at our table for drink orders. When the drinks did arrive, a friend pulled out a long black hair from her strawberry lemonade; waitress did not leave straws at our table. About an hour after sitting down, we received our food. My daughter's steak that was ordered as medium came out in a pool of blood on her plate - so that got sent back. Cold, hard fries, and burnt steak. Just don't. Save your money and eat elsewhere.

Excellent customer service! Vince, the manager was very helpful, made a correction to our food and it was delicious....salmon was great!
Had the worst sever I have ever had - the waitress Dawn was to busy talking to the table behind us to serve us. Not a happy customer.
You have lost a customer forever! You know what it's called when you publish a coupon that says "Buy One Entree, Get The Second Entree Free" and then only give a $12 discount on the second entree? It's called "A Lie!" I WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO LIARS! And I will steer all the business I can AWAY from Logan's Roadhouse!
