Almost 3 months since we were disappointed with our Easter meal. The portage restaurant called me a couple of days after our conversation they said corporate would send us a certificate because they would like us to give them a second try. I didn't want this to be a big issue but paying for 12 people for poor quality food just does not sit well with me..
I go to Logans everytime I want a great steak. Today when they brought me my bone in New York strip to the table it had so much fat on it I couldn't eat it. They told me they've been having problems with that cut and they'd like to give me a different cut. I respectfully declined as I lost my appetite. Just had dinner here an must say wasnt worth the effort for the 45 min wait an then to have my ribs an three other people's ribs so dry that when u pulled the meat off the bone the bone was dry white an to have my waiter tell me that some people like them like that well hate to say dont know anyone who likes there ribs dry a dirt. Got attitude from the hostess when we asked to sit by the fire place, there was plenty of room. Took forever to get drinks (non alcoholic) lights burnt out, ceiling tiles falling out. Bottoms of dividers at the urinals were rusted out. Water glass had dirt in the bottom of it. Will not be coming back.
I have tried calling their take out phone number many times, but keep getting hung up on. I looked online for any alternate numbers but didn't find any. Very rude to be hung up on without a word!
I was here on a 1/1/16 you were out of ribs and a lot of other thing why would go into the holiday weekend not having enough supply it took almost 10 minutes for the servers to get there after asking somebody else to bring a service for at least a drink not very happy driving an hour to get here when I know it's very good food here have never had bad service here sorry to say but you lost my business for a while
We just ate at Logans and ordered the brisket nachos. The picture and description looked so tasty that three of us in our party ordered them! We were soooo sad that these nachos came to us cold and the cheese was congealed. The seasoning on the chips was the saltiest I have ever tasted. Had a great server and service, but wow were those nachos a MAJOR disappointment! Cold nachos?!?
My sandwich order was screwed up. I waited about 40 minutes for it as well so I wasn't thrilled, on top of it being my birthday meal from my finace. The waiter ended up giving us a large dessert for free and then the manager came out with my correct sandwich he himself made in a to go box to my surprise. They completely took off my food and drink as well. They made up their mistake and were super nice! They went above and beyond in my opinion to make up for the boo boo. Definitely coming back.
My husband and I went today for lunch, we waited at our table for 20 minutes, tables around us were served and asked about their food, we were never talked to, by anyone. We were in a booth that was accessible from both sides, no one spoke to us. We left without any service what so ever. There were 7 cars in the parking lot, so it wasn't rush hour. I watched 5 different servers and a manager walk around our table taking care of tables around us, so they weren't short staffed. We will never be back to this location.
