Waited over 1.5 hours for our group of 8 to be seated. A group of dressed up kids came in well after us, apparently in a hurry, and got seated before us! After we complained we got seated. Then 7 out of 8 meals came out luke warm, the 8th meal (10 wings) came out when the rest of us were just about done eating. No one asked us to cut into our steaks or even asked how the food was. Terrible service, very disappointing!!
Only waited maybe 5 minutes to be seated . Had excellent service.
Ordered steak and lobster date ordered steak my food came ice cold hers was like warm Never eat there again
We had the most amazing waitress tonight her name was Amanda . She was considerate friendly and thoughtful. The food came out quick and was great! We live across town from the Alpine location but will defiantly be back.
I am so proud to report not only did we have a great birthday for parker turning 12 we had wonderful food and service! I was so full I wasent thinking and left my coach purse and all.the important things inside!! I called the next morning and they had it I the office waiting for me, all the way I had left it. With many thanks to manager Rene I am so relived. .Logans on Alpine is 5 star in my heart. Thanks agin.
GM Jeff went out of his way to entertain Marley and Makenna letting them help at the pass putting tickets away. A great way to keep them busy while we waited during an extremely busy dinner rush! Great food, great service, great fun for all! Peanut toss was a hit too

Absolutely delicious!! They are all so friendly and is an awesome date night or family night restaurant. Highly recommended!!!
Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant when I went to the Grandville location. Staff was rude, food was terrible, and their "customer service" is no help!
