There was a wait when we came with about 6 tables that we could count that were empty and nobody was in a rush to get them cleaned and sat. Our server hovered over the check and said we don't get bread until we order food (wow) I will stick to Texas Roadhouse they have better food better service it's cheaper and you get sat with amazing yeast rolls with flavored butter 🤗

This location has gone so far down hill. I would have rated this 10 if I could 5 years ago. Customer service is horrible. The food tastes burnt everytime and I'm pretty sure the wait staff hates money because they are some of the rudest wait staff I've witnessed. Only reason I gave a 3 instead of a 1 is because of what they use to be.

Mine and my daughter's meals were fine, but the Mac and Cheese was VERY DRY, which upset my 4 yr old grandson. He wouldn't eat anything else which made it uncomfortable for the adults. Of course at home we KNOW how to adjust the preparing of KRAFT. Maybe if there are more complaints the dish can be worked on to be pleasurable

We love Logan's!! My sister use to work there and got me turned on to it. I love your steaks!! I think we've always had great service as well. For sure one of my favorite places to eat!
