Been here many times before. Always decent service. This time was horrible! I waited over 30 minutes just to get a drink, then i got the wrong drink. Had to ask the waitress as she walked by us to take our order. They brought rolls out to us without any butter on them. Asked a man if he was the manager and he said no. Paid with gift cards for our meal and they tried charging us extra because we used gift cards. This was the most awful experience!! I regularly go to the one in grandville and I always have a great experience!! The manager gave two craps about us and the fact we waited an hour an half to be seated and then and hour for our food that we never got and it was cold!!

Christmas Eve is about the last time I expect to receive outstanding customer service, yet Brian at the Walker location delivered that in spades. What a wonderful man who put a bow on our evening. Thank you Logan’s and Brian for making our dinner feel like we were with family and friends.

I didn’t care for the onion peddles they was like the dried onions we put on green bean casserole ! The rest of the meals was great

Best experience dining it with kids ever! (And we've been many places) the manager Jeff talked to our girls and let them help him while we waited. We had incredible service and our waiter kept talking to the kids and even playing with out 15mo. It was very busy and never once did we feel like a burden to him having 3 kids with us. Feel awful I can remember his name (super nice tattoos, is an identical twin) but by far the best service Anywhere! Thank you for making our night out with Grandma and Grandpa so enjoyable!
