Service was slow. No croutons, no potato skins. Slow getting drinks. Not very friendly.
Slow service, cold food, server didnt seem to care about us until he gave us our check. That was the fastest point of our service. Been here 3x now won't be going back. Rather spend an extra 20 and go to outback!

BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!! Had CODY P as the waiter, he had other tables that were not so close to us and he managed to run back and forth from theirs to ours multiple times we never had an empty drink, he made sure our steaks were cooked to perfection and he even went out of his way to show our son where the bathroom was!! Had to send back the prime rib twice, apparently they are pre cooking the steaks and then refrigerating. Both came out chilled on the inside like something that hadn't been microwaved long enough.
On top of the poor service, I guess because my order was carry out, the food was terrible. Only half of my steak was edible. Salad dressing tasted spoiled. Extra pts for packaging. My steak was rolling around in the bag, gross. Love it when your bartender swings your food around. Thank you for the wet wipes. I needed them to get my 2 bloody containers, a huge empty white container,and my steak out of the bag. First time and last time.
Got a bottom of the barrel salad horrible.... Then the waiter took my beer before I was finished drinking it. The waiter knew we weren't happy but no manager ever stopped by our table.
First steak was over cooked. Second tasted like it had been marinated in liver juice. Shrimp was no good the cucumbers in the salad looked and tasted old or freezer burned.. Staff was friendly but we will not ever go back to this place.
