Service and food was great
slow cold bad bad service!
with the place half empty.. i stood at the front counter for 15min. before someone came and sat me down. 20 min. later no one has asked if i want a drink or was ready to order. now its 25min since i sat down and i am still waiting.. i can hear the table next to me saying they are about to leave and go to Chipotle. horrible experience.. nice place but staff or managment might need a reboot
our waiter wasn't very good and messed up our order but besides that we love this place

My husband ordered prime rib (medium rare) and the first one they brought was not prime rib and cooked well done. The 2nd piece was prime rib but still cooked well done. The manager came out and apologized (in a not very apologetic way) and said they were out of medium rare but she could get him a medium one. He said just forget it. I don’t want anything.
