There is a new manager named Robin at this location and she is by far the best manager this location has ever had (has only been at this location four days). We had some issues tonight with our meal and she was very apologetic she assured us these issues would be corrected and took the time out to come and talk to us about past experiences as well. I swear I just had the worst experience at Logan's in Plainfield...We sat for an 1 HR waiting on our food and when it did finally come out it was cold...We complained, they took the food back and we told them we didn't want it....they took the dinners off but still wanted to charge us for the drinks and salad(it was one of the sides). I complained again and the manager refused to come back out and talk to us..so they took off the salads and still wanted to charge me for the drinks .. We received salads and main course all at one time. Food got cold while trying to hurry and eat the salads. Waitress offered to do nothing but said she had tried to get the salads out faster. Management said the would talk to staff about doing better. They offered to do nothing for the customer and hit me with a bill and said come again. �
Waiting 30 minutes for food, only to have to send it back and waiting another 20 minutes. Asking for a manager 3 times and not one showed up, rude hostesses. All the way around bad experience.
my steak was not cooked like I ordered, Cole slaw was nasty
