great experience. Atmosphere and service was good. Food was hot and flavorful.
I have always enjoyed the food. But Saturday our service was awful. Never again will we let them set us in the bar. They were not busy. 3 tables. Our waiter Damien took awhile to take our drink order then awhile to bring back our drinks and take the order. That was the last time he came to the table. We waited for 25 minutes on our food. One of the ladies brought our food and another cashed us out.
Seriously...., we just had the absolute worst experience here. There were 11 people in our party and every single person complained that their food was awful. This is the second time in a row we have had a bad experience here. The manager was rude to us, as well. Complete waste of money.....Never going back!
We are frequent patrons and were very disappointed tonight when we wanted to change out the vegetables on their skewer (which we have done before) and were told they had a different cook and they would not make changes. Since when does a cook dictate what the customer wants? So guess they are not willing to make special entrees for vegetarians, gluten free, allergy customers. We will not be going back. Too many other choices where they will cater to the customer needs...not their cooks!
Service was not good, food was not hot had to ask for drinks to be refilled, management was not helpful probably won't return
