Waited over 1 hour to be seated after being told it would be 15 mins. Got seated waited 17 mins for server to acknowledge us. Finally get our food..wrong order and cold on top of that. Sent back and they bring out same steak they thru back on the grill and it was over cooked now. Sent back for them to get it right server comes out and apologizes and says that stinks. Very very disappointed in service attitudes and quality of food. Sucks because we brought family here from out of state after we raved about it.

This place does not deserve 1 star...first off no one told us we would have to wait an hour before we would get our food after we ordered it. I ordered ribs and sirloin steak...ribs ok but my medium steak was well done and dry as a bone. My friend ordered filet mignon and lobster tails. The lobster was over cooked to the point it was rubbery and the filet mignon was tuff. Our waiter never ask us how the was he would by pass our table. Terrible food and it cost us 50 dollars will never go back.

Rolls are to die for. Ribeye was nothing but grizzle yesterday. Good service every time. Just disappointed in the 18.00 steak!

We started going to logans in Tennessee and loved them been to Plainfield before we buy are cars at andy Moore but yesterday my steak was so tuff i could not eat it i should have said something but I didn't we may try one more time

the only thing edible on my plate the grilled shrimp and roll. Salty tough and unedible.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to I should have just thrown my money out of my truck window. The prime rib I ordered was cold along with the mashed potatoes and gravy I couldn't eat anything and barely ate the steak. The wait I had to sit through for the check was ridiculous especially for the price I paid. I will honestly never go back to this nasty steakhouse it is by all means the worst restaurant I've ever been to. So much for first expressions.
