My steak was perfect and service was better.
I reached out to Logan's via their website with an issue and I requested that I be contacted. I was not. Contact was made again and no response was received. Perhaps they consider themselves at the top of their popularity and therefore are above feedback. Perhaps they wish to not hear from me again. Whatever the case, when a certain percentage of the support of any enterprise becomes alienated, that enterprise is doomed. Logan's, I tried to help you and was ignored. My business will forevermore be elsewhere.
