Good marketing texted us a coupon while we were out shopping so in we went. I had the Logan's Club with fries. Yummo! Chris had an All American Burger with fries and she really enjoyed it! The service was top notch and the rolls were hot! We both had diet coke and the server prepared us one to go. The manager also stopped by to ask if everything was good. Our server, Barbi, was wonderful!

Logan's Roadhouse in Sevierville is Awesome Great staff and management .....the food and price is excellent! Matt at the Bar is the Best.

From the quality of the food to the service, it was the worst experience I have ever had at Logan's. I love Logan's but last night really made me re-think my choice of restaurant. Never got a drink refill, the waitress only brought 2 rolls at a time, and my entree (buttermilk chicken) was very chewy like it had been microwaved. The manager took my dinner off the ticket (I took 2 bites before sending it back), she did not replace my food then charged me $3.99 for the side salad! What a disgrace!
