I went here yesterday for lunch with my wife for our 7 year anniversary and the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The food was remarkable. The portions were larger than I’m used, so indulging was easy.

I always come here when I go to pigeon forge. It’s mh favorite place.
Went in for a late lunch. 1:15pm. I think we were the only people in there. Seated immediately by the server . She was very friendly. We ordered and the food took a very long time to come out. But when it did it was very good. I am from Texas so used to good quality beef. I rarely order steak in Tennessee but menu said Midwestern grain fed beef. Steaks were not cooked properly. They were taken back to be cooked longer, then were over cooked. My husband ended up extremely sick from food poisoning last night. We assume from his steak as all the other things he ate, the rest of us ate and didn’t get sick.

My wife Heather and I have ate here twice. The first time it was one of the best meals we have ever had anywhere. The second time my meal was on par with the first visit, but my wife had an issue with her meal. The server was very friendly and worked with management to resolved her issue in a way that went above and beyond what we would have been happy with. I guess being 'happy upset people' helped. We will be going back. A lot and often.
