I love Logans but I have to say last night February 20th around 8pm we had simply the dumbest waitress I've ever had anywhere. She forgot one of our salads, we had to ask for bread, constantly asking for more drink till finally I pulled a bottle water from my purse to drink. Was really a let down for me and my birthday but we will be back but if the lady that waited on us last night is working I will be going next door to the Olive Garden. This happened in pigeon forge Tennessee.

We went to Logan's last night and were seated easily. They were steady but not full. After being seated however we didn't see a server. After seeing several hosts/ managers pass our table without bothering to ask if we were being taken care of we decided to go somewhere else. While walking out the door,as we were being told to have a good night by these same people, we explained that we had not seen a server. THEN they say please come back and let us take care of you. It was decent. My waiter was great but was charged for a premium side dish of 3 cheese mac n cheese.. I could have had shells and cheese at home way better. Very watered down .

Salmon was almost raw waitress and hostess acted very lazy

My family goes out to eat at Logans almost every Friday. We've made friends with two Managers, Jena and Courtney. The Bar Tender Matt and several of the waiters/waitresses. We like the hospitality and the good Food! They know how to prepare a Steak there. My family gives Logan's in Sevierville, TN a Five Star rating!

There was an hour & a half wait next door, at Olive Garden, so we went next door to Logans, & they sat us with no waiting. There was twelve of us, & the service, & food was very good. We will definitely go back the next time we go to Pigeon Forge.
