We paid $5 for exactly 20 fried pickles. I would post the picture of our sad looking basket if I could.
Worst steak I've ever eatin. Absolutely no flavor at all. My wife sent hers and my daughter's back. Waste of 45 dollars.
We got a to-go order Thursday night and it was a pretty lousy experience. The "to go specialist" on the phone read the order back correctly, but when we got the food home, our drinks were not included, and the sides were wrong. We will not be going back to this location.
It was horrible! The waitress was very rude and it took her 15 minutes to ask us what we would like to drink and bring us rolls. When our meal did come to us it was so cold I wouldn't have fed that to my dog! Not only was the food cold it was not all the way cooked. We ordered a cheeseburger for my son and all they brought out what a bun with cheese and but no burger on it! I'm still highly upset with the service and food!
I ordered the Logan cooked medium. They recooked it 2 times and did not get it correct. By that time my family was done eating and I said forget it. I just ate it like that. They made no attempt to apologize or even comp a part of my bill so I will not be going back there. Perhaps Texas Roadhouse can get it right.
Logan's Roadhouse on Wilma Rudolph Blvd. in Clarksville, Tn. is the absolute worst restaurant I've ever set foot in!! Management is the reason for this place going down fast!! Antoine & Cindy are absolutely the worst. They treat customers & employee's like stepchildren. As one of the best employees told me quite a few times, their management has set her up to fail every day she comes to work!! I've been to many Logan's but this one no doubt is the worst in the chain!!
40 minutes without food or drink refills. Appetizers came out after the meal. Salmon was grossly over seasoned. Porterhouse had a ton of salt on it. Won't be going back there.
