First time there. ..this past Saturday and it was horrific. Definitely NOT a good first impression. Went with a friend and we both had to send our food back because it was partly raw...i had chicken. .she had salmon. Both beers were FLAT.... By time we got our food back we asked for to go containers. And they werent even busy..tried leaving feedback on website but wouldnt let me... Be nice if a mgr got back to me... Not a pleasant experience at all. Waste of money on food we didnt even eat

I usually love to eat there but tonight all of our food was awful and then the manager asked us how was everything and we said horrible! He took care of the bill and came back and said you can leave!!!Awful 50th birthday for my husband!!!

Drink prices were great,the house scotch (House of Stuart)was tasty and smooth. Ceaser salads were fresh and could taste the anchovy in the dressing. Had rib-eye&salmon, cooked perfectly and the dinner rolls delish. Wonderfull!!!

Sat at the bar when we came in to wait on a table. Instead of transferring our drinks to our table, he says we have to pay for them now(my assumption is so he would get a tip.)Then he takes my debit card and goes to the bar, then disappeared. Turns out he didn't take my debit card and check with him, HE LEFT IT LAYING ON THE BAR!!!! That on top of a "medium well" steak that was bleeding so bad that my wife needed a new plate and when they brought her steak back it was burnt to a crisp. Still our favorite place to go in Clarksville! We especially like to sit and eat outside!
We just left Logan's. We have been regular customers since they opened. They have been going down hill lately. The last several times we have been it has not been good. My husband aways gets a 20 ounce steak well done. They tried twice,it still was not well done. We said just keep steak and bring potatoes. The potatoes were not done either. So sad, after years of loving the food and atmosphere there. The only good thing I can say is the salad was great. Donna and Ken Jarrett

The worst service ever tonight. The hostess said she called our names but she did not. This also happened to 2 other couples. The pagers were not working and she wasn't using the microphone. The manager didn't really seem concerned. We WILL NOT be going back.
