Worst experience with our family Friday night!! Our son ordered nachos and there not enough cheese to cover 5 chips. Asked if they could bring out a small thing of cheese so he could eat his food and enjoy it. They refused u less we purchased a cup of cheese. Poor customer service. Terrible experience
My family went to the Logan's on Ft. Campbell Blvd. In Clarksville, TN. tonight 2/26/2016. My grandson got the cheese nachos. Less than 1/4 of them had cheese on them. My son complained to 2 different managers, who both agreed only 1/4 of them had cheese. They would not bring more cheese without charging for it. My son has had it with Logan's. I was just there tonight around 7:30. I was having dinner with my parents and let me tell you, Our server was AMAZING. He brought everything from our drinks, apps, to dinner all in a timely manner. He was a very funny too. Made our experience a great one. I will definitely be back because of him! I believe he said his name was Jon or Johnathan, something like that. Server was very nice, sirloin steak was the best I ever had! Low fat vinaigrette salad dressing the best! Zucchini fries were good but extremely greasy, rolls were wonderful when we finely got them, server forgot, we had too ask for them.
Thursday January 21,2016 around 2:30pm we went to celebrate my Birthday and our Autistic son Sean got away from me as we came into the Restaurant. He managed to get behind the doors into a prep area by the Kitchen. The staff located him for me and helped me out a lot. The Manager Cindy was Awesome! Waitress was terrible!!! Jenna was her name. Manger was great. Will think long and hard before we go back.
Worst restaurant i been. Poor service we start eating without utensils. Only gave us 1 roll for each person. Will never come back for sure.
Terrible management and cooks. Went for birthday dinners November 18th, 2015 @5:00pm, and was extremely disappointed . Spent 1.5 hours sent raw steaks back twice, left very disgusted with the entire way it was handled. WILL NEVER, ever go back or recommend!
I am sorry to say that I will never order burgers from you guys my husband and stepfather went to order your Roudhouse burger and it came out wrong 3 times and the 4th time it came out wrong as well and it came out cold and it took 2 hours
