Ramyia did a fantastic job serving me & my friend Heath last night. She was friendly & enthusiastic. She frequently checked to see if we needed anything & how the food tasted. Speaking of food, I ordered the mini wedge salad, 8oz. sirloin, & fries. The steak was perfectly Rare, mini wedge had no brown pieces, & fries were hot. The food and management is absolutely horrible. Jacob (the manager) knew that our service was crappy, attempted to discount the bill and, once he saw I had a $10 off coupon, refused to adjust the bill further. I asked what he would do about the fact that we'd waited so long because of their mix up, he told me "I'm going to do this" and smirked as he placed the bill on the table and walked away. Not pleased with the service we received yesterday! Manager was rude and unprofessional. We had a wonderful time last Friday and decided to return this Friday, big mistake!!! Won't be returning to this location again!!!!
