we had the best service we've had in a long time. everyone was friendly and our waitress was on top of things making sure we were good!!
I do-not recommend the salmon from this restaurant but the service was fantastic I had lunch there Saturday April 6 around 12 noon and about 4:00 I was in the emergency room with all kind of test being ran just to be admitted and find out I had food poisoning from the salmon I ate there
This is the second time in 2 weeks I have gone to Logan’s and ordered food to go. First time I got a steak and it was real chewy. I’ve never gotten a steak cooked medium and had that problem. Today I got the salmon and shrimp they were both over cooked the rice was hard. Logan’s will not be getting any more of my coins.
walked into half empty restaurant had to wait 15 mins for seating and over a hour for food... very disappointing... yall need to do better

Great customer service .......
I ordered a medium well steak, grill chicken, loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. I received my food, the chicken was not seasoned, steak was cold and bloody, they gave me a baked potato instead of loaded mashed potatoes, broccoli was over cooked. Called the restaurant and tried to explain to the manager Barbara and she hung up the phone in my face.

Just be sure the food is totally hot. We went to the on Winchester in Memphis and the Prime Rib was warm, but not hot. My husband's broccoli looked like it was grilled or microwaved instead of steamed, and my salad didn't come until after our meal. Something needs to be done. We spent a lot of money and were disappointed. Our waiter was every nice, but I think it might have been a problem in the kitchen.. May try a different location or different restaurant. It's getting very difficult to find a good place to eat out.
