Service so rude. Racial and dirty smell I left to red lobster

Horrible customer service manger was rude food was cold and service was slow. I felt very disrespected and had to explain to my child you just don't accept anything type of disrespect when spend your money or anyone's else. Had to send the steak make not cooked properly asked for no cheese that added and return 15,min later with the same salad and my husband is allergic to. cheese .The manger did nothing as though we were bothering him. My son love Logan as it is his name sake. Highly upset after spending over 60 dollars

What was supposed to be an anniversary dinner turned into a fiasco of errors. Service was extremely slow. When items were brought to our table, our server continually forgot to bring the addional items with her. Hot tea arrives, wait 5 minutes for the spoon. Here comes the dinner rolls without plates or butter...wait another 5 minutes. Steak over cooked, sent it back. Now my wife gets to eat while I wait 15 minutes for a new meal to be brought to our table. Never again will we be going back to a Logan's Roadhouse. Texas Road... read more
