My steaks was burnt and I waited too long for my drinks. I been coming there and that never happened, don't know if you change cooks or what but they got it back twice and 1 was still burnt and the other was red in the middle. Again never had experience before and I never seen a manager.
They were out of bake potatoes left poplar location because they didn't have rolls came to this location and omg the customer service is a mess only reason I stayed is because someone was treating me

There were plenty of empty tables but still had to wait. Service was slow and food was cold.

Good food & hospitality from the waitress Britney.
Great experience we were celebrating my daughter passing the bar. The manager and server very nice besides him being a mets fan.

My experience was great my son and enjoyed our server I think her name was LaCordia she was amazing always had good service there and last week it was a gut I had as a server with my mom and sister he was awesome too
