Always excellent service and food cooked exactly as you like it. We have been MANY times and can't wait to visit again!
What happened to the quality of food? Chicken tenders and Buttermilk fried chicken tasted processed. Cold and unoriginal. Chewy steak sandwich. Bad service!
Piss poor service! Dont ask for saltaed mushrooms on top of your steak, they put mushrooms in gravy from what tastes like meatloaf! I will drive an extra 20 miles to goto Betty's parkway!
Just left after waiting 20 minutes. No drinks and no waiter. Ridiculous. Spring hill tn location.
Just left here for dinner an for the life of me i can not understand how a signature Steak house runs out of steak an sour cream. delivered our fries cold an had to ask for a refill on rolls. I was mad but my husband would not let me act a nut.... Very disappointed this was the second time i will not be back.....
I have tried to like you, but, your steaks are never cooked correctly. Katie, (Sunday night mngr) don't blame your wait staff, teach your cooks how to cook. Wasted $42 we won't be back.
If I buy a 18$ piece of steak! It better by hot! Not freaking ice cold! And my drink should be refilled when you can clearly see if needs to be refilled and not walk away from it!
Good food
I enjoyed our server, Corey, he was very attentive to our needs!!! The food was awesome!!! I will dine here again....
