Wow! That was a new kind of bad experience. Waited 45 minutes for appetizer to come out, food was right behind it. All of it cold, and terrible.
Great service and food! As a gastric bypass patient, I appreciate the fact that they allowed me to order off the child's menu too. A lot of places will not do that for me!

First of all, the waitress was not on her job, we had to ask her to refill our drinks, she seemed confused as though this was her first day. Also she forget quite a bit of things that we requested with our food. Our fries weren't fresh, the forks were dirty, we waited almost 45 minutes for our food and it still wasn't perfect. I will never go back to Logan's. This experience was horrible.

Been sitting here waiting on food for an hour. Not even busy in here. Finally when we did get it was cold. Won't be back
A 15 minute wait was a bit ridiculous when well over half of the tables were open. The two hostesses seemed to have no idea what they were doing. After we put our order in, we had to wait nearly 30 more minutes for our food. Lastly, the burger I ordered was super pink. Very disappointed.
I used to love Logan's and went out of my way tonight to come here to get the tye dye tea and appetizers,mainly cheesestix that I was craving like crazy only to be told they don't have them anymore........REALLY WTF?Hope your pimento cheese stix do well cause I won't be back.
Our visit to Logan's roadhouse in spring hill that was absolutely horrible! Every single part of our order had something wrong. I ordered an appetizer be the wings were extremely hot ! We ordered bbq also I ordered teriyaki steak & they brought me teriyaki chicken... My boyfriend ordered his steak medium well and it was far past well done! We have tried giving this place a chance. It was hit or miss for awhile. Like some other reviewers, it seemed to go through phases. We had a number of bad experiences at this Logan's, so we stopped going for awhile, then went back and it seemed better. Well, no more. The last few times we have been, the food and service have been greatly lacking. They were not busy tonight, I don't know what was going on in the kitchen, but it took us forever to get our food.
