Well most defintley the worst $15.00 ive spent in a very long time fist off it took almost 20 min for us to have to ask if any body was going to wait on us the manager took our drink order. Well been sitting here waiting on a table for bout 20 mins while eyeballing at least 4 empty tables , what's up with that?
This place was absolutely horrible my mother had a hair in her food an she wasn't going to make a seen about it an then she took the bun off her sandwich an there was a dead fly! The manager only offered 15% off the ticket WHAT about her food!!! She didn't even get to eat! Absolutely horrible!
It took over an 1 1/2 hours to be served food that was cold and wasnt even the right food ..Med.rare steak was burnt ,got food that wasn't even ordered. Will not be going ever again! Need to get some people in there that have a clue what they are doing
The tables were dirty. It took 3 attempts to get sweet tea and had to settle for flat Dr Pepper, employees to busy on cell phones at front station to worry about getting food served. I was told several times that the bread was coming out of the oven but I never saw any and my server took a smoke break while I am waiting on food. Total time at restaurant was 1 hour and that's counting the time it took me to box it up when it finally got to the table. Food was great and our server Andrew was very nice. There were a couple things that were mixed up from the kitchen but he fixed everything and made them right very quickly. I will definitely be back and will ask for Andrew again.
It's the worst place to eat if you want food the way you order it , ok here it is I ordered a hamburger steak potato and salad, I get my salad like two minutes before they come out with the steak and potato. Then I ask for steak no pink this is what I got, a burnt on both sides the waiter said I can take it back really what are they going to do burn it some more.
