Awesome service and food. The servers are the best around.
After three unsuccessful attempts on separate occasions to get a hot burger with only cheese and ketchup, I will not be eating here again...attempts to fix = wiping the set up off and throwing on grill again which only dried it out, and still didn't put ketchup on the burger....
We just try to go there with a party of 12 and they refused to get us in there to set and eat some good food but anyway o Charley got us in ten minutes thanks oCharley's
We went for my husband and daughters birthday it was absolutely a horrible experience. We started out with a broke glass,after about 30minutes we started getting our food in different shifts. The last one in our group got her food after others were finished. Two of our group never did get right order. We asked for manager 25 minutes later he came to table,after seeing some of the food that was served us he was apologetic, embarrassed and said should have never been served. Been here 45 minutes. Still don't have entrees.
Worst service I have ever had here today. Got here at 1 pm today got a table with no wait. Took 15 minutes after we place our drink order to get our drinks. One ordered potato soup an was told they was out of it. One ordered fried chicken an was told they was out of gravy. One ordered ribs an was told 40 minutes later that they was out of ribs.
