Visited Logan's Tuesday Night May 3 Our server was Ceslie. She did a wonderful job was very attentive and knew the menu well. The food was good..the rolls were not as good but...I didn't need them anyway. They were warm but dry. We had a good night!
We love Logan's Road House great food and service our favorite place to eat <3
Ribs were dry and the sauce is bland. O'Charleys will get our business next tine in town! Manager was told but never came to our table.
Horrible service, cold food. Appetizer came with our meal which took over an hour after we ordered to arrive at the table. We got there at 4:30 left at 6:15. No refill once on beverage and waiter stood over me as I signed the bill and his tip! Will never return to this location!

I called in to go orders. When I arrived there my food was cold. The server told me "it shouldn't be its all fixed fresh." Server comes back with fresh fries and tells me I can microwave the rest of my food. Not to mention the chicken strips look like chicken nuggets. I will not be back.
This was the WORST experience I've ever had at a restaurant! The plates were dirty, there was chunks of food in the water pitcher, took entirely way too long, food wasn't edible, out of the 6 people at our table not one single person ate their food & we still had an 80$ bill! Absolute worst restaurant..
The manager made it seem like it was a little miscommunication between our waitress and another person.....but damn we sat there for a while before anybody came back there and the other tables was nasty. Logan's just face it ur service SUCKS!!!!
