Well my wife and I went to Logan's the wait was about 15 mins and our appetizers and food was on point and bread was fye
Went to eat dinner at 3:30 pm on Black Friday. Ordered appetizers and a beer. No silverware on the table. I had to ask for silverware after appetizers were brought. Beer was warm. Ordered bone in ribeye. After a lengthy wait, I was brought a steak that was not a bone in ribeye. They said they would have to reorder my steak. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally asked the waitress to remove my steak and give me my bill. A manager never came to the table to try and make it right. When you sit at a table for 15 mins and no one comes over to take your drink order or even give you a menu.... It's time to go!!
If I could give 0 stars I would! I've always enjoyed Logan's food even though it wasn't some place we went to frequently. Tonight was my last time. Arrived about 5:30, drink service was tad slow but had orders placed by 6:00. By 7:15 when a member of our party inquired about ETA she was told that they were out of a particular food item that 2 members of our party ordered. We had a party of 7 that ordered by 6:10. Salads came out quick enough, drinks from the bar were moderately slow. At 7:10 my wife went to investigate because other people who came in after us were eating. The server kept telling us our meals should be out any time, so I think he was checking on the kitchen. My son and I had ordered the chicken and ribs combo - my wife was told they were out of ribs. The plan was apparently to bring out something and then ask us what we wanted to substitute.
