The service was terrible and I have never sent food back until our visit on 9/18/20. Both steaks were so raw and our server didn’t seem to care. We will not be going back-ever

I got served RAW chicken last night. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until I got home with my to go order and cut into it that I noticed. Very disappointed

I have always thought that great service is a key factor and every time I come to Logan's roadhouse the service is fantastic staff are brilliant and very helpful every time I'm over here from England visiting my family I never miss coming to Logan's thank you for your friendship and great service
Hire a new manager and wait staff. I never got my food after 1.5 hours and had to leave.
Steak and shrimp was excellent
1-27-2020 Waited at our table 30 minutes before I asked for a waitress. Waited for drinks and food. Service was awful and so was the food. Our meals were cold and tasteless! I do not recommend at all
