Food and service were great! We even were that pain in the butt table that split a drink everywhere, and they were still sweet 😊

My husband and I went there today for our anniversary. The waiter was rude. Refused to substitute something that I could not eat when I placed my order. Told me a bed of rice was a garnish, not a menu item. Told me the grilled shrimp was not spicy but it burnt my mouth it was so spicy. He never gave us drink refills...never even offered them and didn't offer us a dessert menu to look at. Didn't even get his name. Don't need it cause I'll drive across town to University Drive if I ever have to eat at Loans again. Way too ruin... read more

Great fast service. The food was great. Our waiter Steve recommended the 3 to 6 p.m. special which was to 4:15 we got the sirloin which was $2 extra everything took just the way we like it enjoyed it very much thanks

me and my family was at the Huntsville Alabama Balmoral Drive location Sunday April 30, 2017 and the service was really lacking. We had to wait for over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. The food was great but the service was not. The restaurant was not that crowded. Just the service was sorry. We all had chicken and a burger so it was not like it should have taken that long to fix.
