Just an all round good atmosphere, oh and the food was great too. ;)
great servers. they work hard.
It took over an hour to get our food when they was not even busy on a weekday. When we finally got our food the steaks were cold, potatoes missing sour cream and onions, salads missing cucumbers, the sweet potatoes was forgotten and when they did bring them it was burnt. One of my kids hamburger had pickles on it so she wouldn’t eat it. Forgot my sons mushrooms, had to ask for rolls for 30 minutes, had to go to the bar to get my own drink bc I didn’t see the server in so long. It's great to have a steakhouse open for lunch during the week
Very good food a very good server.
Waited an hour for a burger and a salad.
We wanted to eat at Logan’s in Richmond, Ky. tonight and after 48 minutes of waiting for food, we finally were told they gave my wife’s order away and my steak was cold. For the first time ever in the history of going to restaurants in our 24 years of marriage, we walked away and went somewhere else. Felt bad leaving all that sitting on the table. Oh well, there’s alway Orange Leaf!
The ribs, mashed potatoes, and bread were great. the broccoli was tough and undercooked. It usually melts in your mouth, but it was so tough I brought it home to my dog. Our server dropped the ball. We had to keep asking for things we needed. like silverware. How were we supposed to spread butter on our rolls? We asked for more bread and instead of placing the basket on the table, he placed it on my husband's plate. Really disappointing service. And brocolli.
Possibly the worst steak I've ever eaten I do not recommend the New York strip
