We went to eat tonight and unfortunately wasn’t taken care of very well. I ordered the sirloin steak medium well. It came the first time medium rare. Sent back manager brought out second time still had bloody spots. He said tell me how you want it cooked I said no blood but didn’t I already tell them medium well. Heads up: when the best you can say about a meal is the baked potato you probably aren’t much of a steak joint. We came in at 5:00pm with hardly a soul in the place and still got terrible service all around, including the delay getting our drinks only to find the order wasn’t right. The manager should drive down the street to Texas Roadhouse and see how it’s done.
treating my husband to steak dinner and was not even seated. I was yokd there would be a 10 min wait..most tables where empty. three white girls and white man completely ignore us. yes I'm taking my 💰 elsewhere. will never step foot in this place again!
the food was cold and when it was taken back they threw it in the microwave and the server was very short and wouldn't listen about what was wrong with the food, what a joke for a restaurant, definitely won't even think about going back and will spread the word around
After waiting 40 minutes for our food.. I had ordered my steak medium rare.. it came out well done.. they took it back to cook me a new one and instead of completely redoing my entire plate of food they left it under a heat lamp for the 25 minutes I waited for my new steak which came out completely uncooked in the middle the second time... we got our meal comped. Even though our waitress was sweet... We won’t be back.
