RecommendedI've always had great food here, but not today. My granddaughter and I came in for lunch and both our orders were wrong. My salad was swimming in dressing, so much so that I couldn't eat it. I ordered my steak medium rare. It came out so rare it was bleeding all over the plate. My granddaughters meal came without the fries she ordered. When my steak came back it was so tough and gristley that I couldn't eat it. All of this on my birthday to boot. I splurged this evening - the 16 oz. Prime Rib dinner - hoping for a really great experience. I ordered it 'medium' - but much of it was almost rare. It had TONS of gristle all through it and took a lot of time and trouble to eat. The au jus was good - I had to cut each bite & soak it in it to help make it edible. I had the mashed potatoes & mushrooms - they were fine. I'm including a picture of what was left over from my 16 oz. meat that was not edible. Worst meal, and service of our life. This was really beyond ridiculous. We actually complained to the manager and still nothing, it only got worse. 1st time to eat here, will not be back!!! 😡 Never received my salad, I suggested the manager give us dessert to replace the salad. Ok, sure....it looks like they charge us for pie, took it off the ticket, never got the pie, salad etc. and still paid for it....ugh!
