the manager Ashley is not a professional when you pay 60 for food you expect the correct items and so you call the manager Ashley who says I'll put your name down but hangs up on you before asking for your name is not good for business!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Two thumbs up to Logan’s Roadhouse in Norman. We had a very large group last night and your waitstaff didn’t miss a beat. I wish I could remember the two young peoples’ name who waited on us because they were so pleasant and delivered exceptional service. We had hot rolls as we sat down. Our order was taken quickly, our drinks immediately followed with no wait for the salads. And miraculously our meals basically all came out at the same time. I will never go in there again me and my husband were seated and never served 2 people came in after us were seated and was served it’s ok red rock will give me a better business and better food

This place has gone down hill.. On a Tuesday night they were completely out of all red wine... really. Our ten year old was supposed to eat free.. well no, she only wanted a baked potato, that wasn't free. Took a long time to get our food but the place was more than half empty. Trash pilled up in the bathroom...

Use to be good, has been 30 minutes since done eating, still waiting for my card back. Waitress doesn't care or has too many tables or something.

I did not receive all the food that was ordered, and feel I was treated poorly as a customer. I ordered the surf and Turf. 6 oz The picture on the menu showed shrimp steak rice and skewered vegetables. And said. One side also When they brought it out.
