Ordered a prime rib medium rare at 5pm on friday night, they don't start serving prime rib until 4pm and all they had was medium well and they served that to me and i sent it back and never saw the waitress again. They have horrible customer service and cook that have no business cooking a steak.

At logans, place isn't busy and we have been waiting for 30 min for our food, service is horrible, probably won't be back
Our service was great. The waiter mad sure our drinks stayed full and even made us cut our steaks to see if they were cooked to perfection!
I love Norman's Logan's! Great atmosphere and a great staff! I love the variety they have on their menu for food and drinks and their food is terrific! The servers are attentive and try to make sure I have what I want and need! Thanks to all!!
Worst dining experience ever! Horrible service, raw chicken served on a bed of rice. Sent it back and it came back out on the same bed of rice that it was on when raw. Awful!! Will not go back!!
Good meal. Expensive it get a full stomach.
