~I absolutely love Logan's Road House even nearly every year for my birthday May 4th!~
We have always had wonderful food and excellent service when we've dined there.
Service was great, was seated very quickly. Waitress was friendly, & Manager came & spoke to us.

Food was fabulous! Steaks and BBQ and the rolls! OMG the rolls! So good, service was okay once it got going, waitress a little inattentive, but was busy so understandable. Overall I will be going back when I am in the mood for a steak and the best hot rolls!

We had a waitress that took out drink orders (waters) and then didn't come back. At all. She walked past our table multiple times and never asked us if we were ready then disappeared. We waited for 20 min for her to come back, and she never did so we walked out. I would understand if they were busy but this was 3 o clock and hardly anyone was in there eating.

Please do not eat here. The manager is unprofessional and has zero customer service skills. Not only is he incapable of managing a frustrating situation he actually perpetuated condescending remarks by his immature staff. This half empty restaurant was not able to acommodate a party of 8. ( 2 couples with 4 children between them) and when one of the ladies complained... she was asked to leave the restaurant!!!!

I will never ever set foot inside Logan's Roadhouse again! I have never ever been treated so poorly ever! For absolutely no reason. I had no idea a restaurant of that size couldn't seat more than one large party at a time and then be so rude. Anyone who knows me knows I over look a lot of things in restaurants because I have been there and it's a tough business but when I'm treated so poorly for absolutely no reason and asked to leave I will make my complaint heard.

Had a great visit! We both had steaks and they were perfect. I had the steamed broccoli and my wife had fried apples. All of the food was delicious. Our service was perfect. Great all around visit!
