Really upset with the service I received tonight. Called in around 3 to order 16oz steaks for a retirement party and told them I needed them ready for pick up at 9:15 thinking that with me calling so early they would have what I ordered at the time I needed it. When I showed up at 9:00 they tell me they cooked them earlier, left them sitting, and threw them away when no one picked them up. i love eating at logans. they have good food. i always eat there by myself. logans has a good staff and good waiters
Worst service and food ever watched it sit in the window for ten minutes. Then got the wrong cut of steak and my salad came out after my steak after i had to ask about it. Server didnt care ignored us all night. Watched the kitchen and servers fighting over orders very unprofessional. I will never be back

Went to eat lunch Wednesday and at the corner table in the back .Had to ask for someone to get our drinks ,the salad was brought rite before the meal. Ended up with four glasses of tea .There was a male waiter they passed by us fifty times and never said one word.When we got finished eating we had to go find someone to bring us our ticket. Have never been there when the service was that bad.
The last time I ate there I said I would never be back. Me and one of the girls I was with wet got steak and baked potatoes, or steaks were so hard to cut you could have used the potatoe add a baseball it was so hard and when we were leaving there were a few waitresses in the restroom with there aprons on and one did not wash her hands before she went out gross.
