What was supposed to be meatloaf,was some kind of mystery meat. By the time we drove a hour back home. I was so sick !!!! Never again. Close the doors if u can't do any better..
The food was alright. The service was absolutely terrible. When we walked in the hostess was on her cell phone. She tried to get us to sit at the bar so she wouldn't have to seat us. Our waiter was extremely rude. I'm a waitress and I was ashamed for him. Horrible experience. Will not be back.
Most of my steak was as I ordered it but the edges and top were almost burnt. Our waiter was nice enough but only saw him to order drinks/food and get the bill. My husband ordered a burger and fries and the fries tasted like old fish grease. A fresher order of fries were brought by a manager that was nice but appeared to disbelieve what he was told. It will be a while before we return.
Tonight we had dirty dishes,dirty silverware no ranch dressing and I order onion petals and they were soaked in oil with a bad taste.i had to go to the bathroom to throw up because of the onion petals!! I will never be back..
After waiting for an hour we finally get sit down. Our waiter brings us hot rolls and drinks. I asked the guys to pass the rolls and jokingly one of them said "Are you not going to pray before you eat." Like we always do.... So we all bow our heads including our waiter and our waiter begins to pray the most heartfelt prayer over our food and fellowship. After the prayer he tells us he is in school for seminary. Just an amazing and sweet time!! Thankful for people like him!!
Today , I had the frozen watermelon margagirita, ribeye loaded pot, mac n cheese- 10 all perfect! And Kat was awesome as usual!
If that gave us the wrong steak all three of them tough couldn't eat it only thing we ate was bale potato and shrimp and that was over cooked and dry steak to.overcharge on bill .it was just all bad.
Took my Mom out for her 73rd Birthday at Logan's & it was awful. My ribs were overcooked but cold, I had to send back my potato it wasn't done, yet cold & my grilled shrimp were tiny & ice cold. Took forever to get waited on & my Mom never could get a refill on her drink. I sure LOVE the Logan's in Muscle Shoals & Florence Alabama locations, been eating there for years(Florence) & haven't had a single bad thing to say about the food or services there, but Tupelo has fallen to the wayside. :-(
This completely ruined my mothers day. I drove 3 hours to shop and eat and it ruined my whole trip. Waited 2 hrs and finally left. I would be ashamed of the service at this location.
