I went there for a late Birthday Dinner and the Barbecue Ribs are awesome, and the young man that waited on us was good. Will be going back again especially for the ribs and the loaded potato skins.
Was seated as soon as we entered. Waiter came over to get drink order when we sat down. Fresh rolls came with our drinks . We placed our order and salads were bought out in just a couple minutes. By the time we got half through salads our main meal arrived. We both ordered steak cooked med. They were perfect. Waiter came by multiple times to insure everything was going well. Other staff members also stopped by to check on us as they passed. Excellent service.
I love the rolls and butter. I always order a steak and they are always tender and juicy.
My son and husband took me to have a steak for mother's day. It was a complete failure from the wait staff, food, and management. Save your hard earned bucks and eat somewhere else. Will never go to Ft Smith location again!
The new brisket nacho was nasty ,need to bring back the old nacho
Waited over hour for our food, and when we for it had to send steak back! It was the worst ever! Something has changed about this place! We used to like it! And they are always busy not tonight it was slow and the food and service was still awful
Had a family dinner tonight at Logan's. 3 of us sent our steaks back. Ordered them medium and they were all well done. The new ones we got back were raw. Sent mine back again. Manager wasn't even sent to our table nor was a discount offered. Terribly disappointing experience.
This was our first time eating here and we loved it. Seated promptly and our waiter Justin was an awesome Waiter. Steaks where perfectly cooked and the whole meal was very delicious. We will be back for sure.
Good and plentiful food ...No complaints about service.
