Service was horrible and I order a 8 Oz and I know when you cook steak it cooks down but they brought it out to me pretty crispy on top which ain't my preference and what looked like a 6oz steak but management gave me a little.discpunt but at the same time.basically calling me.a liar but just not a place I would ever go.back and wife kinda agrees

I was very disappointed! I ordered the Roadhouse surf n turf, it looked so good on the menu but came to me looking like what someone else didn't finish and it was cold. I didn't want to complain because I was in a group for a birthday party and just wanted to enjoy the night, but my food sucked!!! �
I am from Texas and had dinner at Logan's last night in Fort Smith, AR. It was great, but the service was even better. I do not know what our waiteresses name was but she did one heck of a job. Kuddos to her!

Took 25min to get drinks'another 30 to get our cold food. Hateful service. Tea & lemonade was good

Enjoyed the Margarita Cheese Cake today! It was so very good. Always enjoy the servers interaction with us. They are always friendly.

We had a great dinner and an even better experience with service. Brian was our server this kid was on top of his game on a busy Saturday night. Also in my opinion they do genuinely care about the food prep, presentation and taste. Our meal couldn't have tasted better, however my Salmon had fallen apart on the rice, they served it anyway.... via the manager.
