Always have a great experience here! I go out of my way to eat at this Logan's.
I like logan's, howevr' wouldnt use my last gas to go, oook!
Worst experience I've ever encountered! Waited over 1 hour for a carry out. The manager did try to make things right by reducing my bill by half which was fine. I got home and fed everyone and everything was cold!! Then my son's potato had some nasty dark piece in it! Then today he wanted to eat his salad from dinner last night and there's a fly in it!! I just want a refund on my card and you can keep the certificates because chances are I WILL NEVER COME BACK!!
I had my daughters Grad Bash last night ....umm some of my people didn't get served, and some of our food was burnt...but my daughter had a blast! So as long as she was happy!!!
I understand that today is mother's day, but the service should not be this terrible. Our waitress was rude and anytime we got her attention she came over like we were rude for interrupting her. Hire people who actually understand that this is how the job works. It's the few bad bananas like her that make your establishment look bad.
Service can improve. Food is great. Misquite salmon is amazing. Food takes a lot longer that 20 mins sometimes.
Best jumbo shrimp ever!!!!! It's like eating lobster.... get them fried or grilled. . Awesome! !!!
Normally have a pleasant experience, but was disappointed last Saturday evening at the Troy location. Party of six including 4 adults, a 5 year old and 1 year old. After being told it would be approx 30 minute wait we waited 40-45 min (no big deal) only to have the manager tell us he could seat (cram, in my opinion) the 5 of us in a booth, but we would have to hold the baby while we ate because they couldn't put high chair in the aisle.
