I had nets flies in food flying around our food took 1hr to get our food waitress tried to keep my change and we all was sick soon as we left there and for few days and I went to the location at Oakland mall NEVER AGAIN and I told manager about flies and service she apologized but said I don't know how I can help like what ? So I honestly wouldn't give this location a single star
5 minutes before hostess showed up to seat us. Wait staff sitting at tables with other customers while working tables. Breaad was a 1o minute wait and 5 more for the butter. Wifes meal arrived 15 minutes before my steak nachos. When mine arrived, steak was ice cold and raw still. Complained to manager who offered to remake. Declined , opted for a cheese burger with swiss to go, since wife was done eating. My fish was fried too hard Winx to refry it took them 30 more minutes �

Absolutely horrible I was told to go stand by a dirty table and wait for it to be bussed witch took about 20 min then they couldn't decide who should be our waitress. The food was nasty it was cold and the steak was tough and had so much fat I couldn't even eat half of it!! The bar was gross I have never seen a bar that nasty! The service was horrible the wait was to long the list can honestly go on that's how bad it was! I will never eat there again!!

It took one hour and 10 min to get a carry out that was called in and I was on my lunch so I did not get a chance to eat my food till late and to find out my baked potato was not done I had to put it in the microwave at work I would have walked out but I have orders from other people or my job and they were counting on that food

We love Logan's! Whenever we are near one this is our first choice. I only wish we had one closer to home.
We walked in to no one to great us. People waiting everywhere....Finally someone came to take names. The lady said about 35 minute wait. I asked why no one was being seated. So did other people. Her answer was because all of the tables are dirty. We watched waitresses arguing with each other for a few minutes. The service was AWESOME. The waiter suggested the meal and I loved it. My boyfriend left the waiter a $13.00 tip which is over 20%. I can't remember oour server name but I do remember he is getting married. He needs a raise. I've been to Logan's several times in the past. The food is always GOOD!!!
