I just got upset from dining here! I came specifically for the Free Burger Promotion. Coupon has no specific details other than ordering one of several options of burgers, and get one for free. I ordered the Roadhouse Burger, but wanted chicken instead of beef - mind you, the menu has in bold at the top that you can substitute grilled chicken instead of beef free of charge. Food was cold,burnt, salad came before appetizer
Normally I go there and the service is great but yesterday was EXTREMELY disappointing. For example none of the staff mentioned the 2 for 20 meal deal while they were taking our order. They failed to make use of my VALID Logan's gift card which was EMBARRASSING to say the least and it seemed that they weren't really interested in our patronage. The food was outstanding but the service needs to improve if they're going to survive Restaurant Alley.
This location has good staff and kitchen during lunch on weekdays ONLY. Outside of that this location has the worst kitchen staff. DO NOT waste your money. Watery gravy, cold sides, old burnt oil in the fryers resulting in poor quality, greasy foods. Apps are either burnt or under done. steaks will not come out the way you order them. Darrell is the best server! Service was fabulous. Food was great. A must visit. Ask for Darrell. Fast forward to Sept 3rd, 2018 Logans Steakhouse....anyone go there? We did yesterday. We rec'd a gift card to go so we thought we'd continue our celebration of the closing on our house.
