The steak is really good. just really good food. cool vibe
TERRIBLE SERVICE period. There isn’t any other way to put it. They don’t have a sense of timing. My party had reserved a table 4 hours in advance we got to the restaurant and they made of wait. We were told it would only be a 20 min wait so we said “no big deal we will wait” an hour and 20 minutes later we still were not sat down at a table. i will never go back to Logans in Mobile,our waitress was so rude,and unattended to us,never once asked us if we needed refills, we had to ask for rolls,she brought our food served it and left,didn't see her again,we had to ask another waitress for our bill.She had no problem giving the two guys across from us great service..

My family ate here in Mobile two weeks ago. My husband and son ordered a steak. My son got his first and bit into it and said it tasted funny and I thought well maybe because it’s rare than he usually gets it. Then my husband got his and spit it out as soon as he tasted it. I said what and I tried it and it was ROTTEN. The manager came and got them something different still charged us full price and didn’t even eat it there had to get take out plates for it. Absolutely ridiculous for a $50 meal. Completely ridiculous!
Food was great but we waited an hour and half for a table after we were told 30 minutes. Not a big deal but if it was going to be longer, we should've been told. Also the bathrooms are disgusting, someone should really get on top of that.
